Cool off at Mt. Baker (aka the American Alps)

Although there are other volcanoes in the Cascades exceeding it by 5,000 ft in height, it’s still a sight to behold. A 28-minute drive from The Hotel Bellwether, Mount Baker is a worthwhile day trip for those who appreciate natural beauty. It is one of the most beautiful and accessible volcanoes in the Cascades.
