Hotel Bellwether has teamed up with Whatcom Wine Tours to offer an intimate tour of the region’s finest wineries complete with a winery lunch and tasting glass. Also includes a preset dinner menu for two designed by our Executive Chef Rob Pinski and continental breakfast in the morning.
Please know that some wineries do charge a small tasting fee that is not included in the package pricing. Some fees are waived with the purchase of wine.

This package includes two tickets to a movie at the Pickford theater, Bellingham’s only independent theater, dinner from our preset dinner menu for two designed by our Executive Chef Rob Pinski and your overnight room plus continental breakfast in the morning.

Overboard Package
Departing from Seattle, guests will fly to Bellingham in a private plane that will provide a private one-hour tour of Bellingham, offering aerial views of the San Juan Islands, The Bellingham Bay and Mount Baker. Following the tour, guests will ease into their vacation with a massage at the Zazen Spa, located in the Hotel Bellwether. Later, guests will receive a private dinner on the observation deck of their suite, enjoying a multi-course meal and wine pairings prepared by Chef Rob Pinski, of the hotel's Harborside restaurant. While taking in the 360-degree views, guests will enjoy Chef Rob's personally prepared menu featuring fresh, seasonal items with a Pacific Northwest flavor. On day two, guests board a private yacht for an excursion throughout the neighboring San Juan Islands. In the late spring, summer and early fall, whales and other wildlife are likely to be seen. Upon retiring to the hotel, guests will dine at Dirty Dan Harris', a legendary seafood and steakhouse located in Bellingham's bustling and historic Fairhaven neighborhood. Town car transportation will be provided.
